Well the last two days have been very profitable, with football trading being the only source of profitable trading.
Tuesday I made a profit of £8.79 (3.12% of bank). This profit came from laying the draw in the semi-final division 1 play-off game between Millwall and Huddesfield and the over/under 2.5 goal market and the over/under 3.5 goal market.
Tonight I managed to make a profit of £15.83 (5.44% of bank). This profit came from two matches. The first was the division 2 semi-final play-off game between Rotherham and Aldershot. I traded in the under/over 2.5 goals market and the under/over 3.5 goals market. I did not lay the draw before the game as both teams don't score many goals. The first 43 minutes of the game were very dull and no chances very created for either team. This allowed me to ride the under/over 2.5 goal market and the under/over 3.5 goal market and lock in a nice profit.
The second match was the Spanish cup between Sevilla and Ath Madrid. I was going to lay the draw in this game as both teams score goals and concede goals and the odds were nice and even. However, the game was scheduled for a 9pm kick-off, but started at 8:30pm. So I missed the start and the first goal. Anyway, I did lay the draw at half-time and rode that for awhile and then hedged out for a profit. I also rode the under/over 2.5 goals market and the under/over 3.5 goals market.
I also started looking at the cricket trading tonight. I have never traded in cricket before but the 20-20 matches can be very profitable as there can be lots of odds swings. I had a little try at trading the West Indies Vs South Africa game, but I only used £2 stakes. I did quite a few trades, scalping the market. However, I eventually lost about £0.30. However, it was good experience.
So for the month of May so far I have made £111.66. And overall since I started trading I have made a profit of £206.88
Long may it continue.
Bye for now Folks
