Midweek Bliss!!!

Well Tuesday and Wednesday have been very productive nights, both for tennis and football trading.

Tuesday night yielded an £18.61 profit from the Notts Forest Vs Blackpool Championship league play-off semi-final. I layed the draw and locked in a profit when forest scored in the first half. As the game progressed in the second half it was end to end and I layed the current score twice. Once when it was 2-2 and once when it was 2-3. So overall a productive game of football.

I also made a small amount of money on the tennis. However, as I am new to tennis trading I am only trading with small £2 trades.

Tonight yielded a £19 profit. This was from the second championship league play-off semi-final between Cardiff and Leicester. Once again I layed the draw and also traded on the correct score market, but this time the any unquoted scoreline. I also traded on the Fulham Vs Madrid game. Again laying the draw and again trading the any unquoted scoreline.

I also did some tennis trading aswell, with mixed results. I made ~£2.50 on the Murray Vs Chela game, but lost £6.45 on the Ferrer Vs Baghdatis match. At one point it was looking likely that I would lose £10 on the Ferrer Vs Baghdatis match, but I managed to keep trading to minimise my loss. Which I was very pleased about, as minimising losses can sometimes be more important than making a profit.

So all in all a good couple of days trading. In a total of 27 days (3 days with no trading) I have managed to turn £100 into £289.02.

Hopefully I can stay disciplined and keep it going.

Take care folks

  1. Yes, minimizing losses is very important, and something that I personally have to improve
