Saturday's Silver, but should have been gold!!!

Well Saturday was a good productive day, I made a profit of £16.65 for the day. All of the profit came from the football in the german and spanish leagues. I made most of the money on the correct score markets, laying the current score. I also made some laying the draw.

However, I should have made £36, but I lost approximately £19 on the tennis. I backed Federer in his semi-final and layed his opponent, Montanes. To be fair, I should have listened to my inner voice as I knew Federer was looking rusty on clay this season. In the end I stayed in too long rather than trade out for a £10 loss when he lost the first set. I got lulled into the opinion that federer was too good and he would bounce back. He didn't and during the second set I did hedge out, but for a £19 loss.

It is so important that you play the percentages and the hedges. Just because the fav should win doesnt mean he/she will.
