Well tonight was mixed

I traded the Hampshire Vs Kent match this evening. Hampshire were odds on favourites at 1.5. They have been in great form and are top of the league. Also the pitch they played on was the same spinning pitch from a couple of days ago. When Hampshire won the toss and decided to bat first, I backed them for £3, then half way into their innings they had 6 wickets in hand and their odds had drifted out slightly so I backed them again at 1.7 for £3. They managed to get a total of 140, then when they got a couple of early wickets I hedged out for a profit of +£2.88

Well I continued my min stakes of £2. So far my strike rate had been very good and I was thinking of increasing my stakes at the weekend to £3 if everything keep going well.

I was going really well but lost my discipline in Races 9 and Races 10, and went through my stop losses, certain that the odds would come back my way, and they did not. I think because I had been successful for the last several days, I got a bit 'cocky'. Just the kick up the backside I needed.

Still not bad though.

So that concludes the month of June. I managed a profit of +£38.91, so I am pleased with that. Lets hope July brings the same increase.
