Well this weekend has allowed me to catch my first glimpse at Rangers and Celtic, and I know it is early, and there is a long way to go, but my initial tip for Celtic to regain the crowd looks good. Rangers were very poor in the first half against Hearts. To be fair Hearts were good value in the first half and they did create several good chances to extent their league, but they failed to capitalise. In the second half Rangers started creating chances and got onto the front foot, so I decided to lay Hearts. Rangers duly scored and I hedged out for a nice profit.
I did not get involved in the Celtic match as I tend not to 'lay the draw' until each team has played a few games. Celtic, looked good value for their win, and although there is a long way to go, Celtic look to have more options at this present time. Rangers need to strengthen, and I am sure they will.
