H2H:- The 4 games they played last season (3 league, 1 cup) all had over 2.5 goals. Last 4 seasons (12 league games) have produced no 0-0's and 4 kilmarnock wins and 2 draws and 6 hibs wins. However in the 5 home games for Kilmarnock in that time, hibs have not won a match, with 3 wins to Kilmarnock and 2 draws.
Both teams have not done well in the last six matches with 1 win each. Both teams have also shipped lots of goals in the last 6 games (more than a goal per game). The goal scoring for each team in the last six games is also not high, less than a goal per game. The odds for this match however, are 2.48 for Kilmarnock and 3.15 for hibs, with the draw being 3.45. Laying the draw is an option as the odds of both teams are close enough, resulting in the draw odds increasing if either team scores. Looking at stats both teams do ship lots of goals, but don't score many, so it is tempting to lay the draw. However, both teams have lost their top strikers from last season. Conor Sammon has left Kilmarnock (15 goals in 19 games) and Derek Riordan has left Hibs (11 goals in 28 games). I have a feeling this could be a 0-0, or 1-0 even though there has been no 0-0's between these two teams in the last 4 seasons. Another option is to lay Hibs, as they have not won at Kilmarnock in the last 4 seasons. However, I think I will lay over 2.5 goals in this game for the first 15-20 minutes and see what happens.
Lay over 2.5 goals for 5% of bank, if early goal, lay over 2.5 goals again for same stake and wait until half-time or another goal and then hedge out.
Well I got that one totally wrong. Good Job I had to nip to Tesco to shop and did not get chance to put a trade on. lol
