Champions League Match week three

Hi Folks,

Well there are 7 matches tonight:-

Basle Vs Benfica
Dyn. Zagreb Vs Ajax
Lille Vs Inter
Man City Vs Villarreal
Napoli Vs Bayern Munich
Otelul Galati Vs Man United
Real Madrid Vs Lyon.

Looking at the games, Benfica start as favourites at Basle, but I am not sure, looking at the stats, Basle have scored quite a few goals this season in the league and scored 3 at Old Trafford, so I am not certain that Benfica will take the league in that match or be ahead, so I will not be laying the draw in that match. Dyn Zagreb and Ajax have yet to score this season in the champions league so I have not really got a clue who will take this one, Ajax are slight favourites, but the stats are not conclusive, so I will give this game a miss. Lille against Inter is one I will give a miss as well. Inter have had a terrible start to the season. Lille are favourites in this game. However, Ranieri has taken over at Inter, so they might grind out a result, so I will stay away from this match. Man City Vs Villarreal. Man City have to win this match. Villarreal have had a terrible start to the season and have also lost both their champions league matches 2-0 so far. With Man City being at home I can only see one result in this one. I think they will get the win here tonight. I will lay the draw in this one and I will also lay under 2.5 goals. I know they have Man United at the weekend, but I can see them getting a couple of goals and then maybe resting a few players.

Napoli Vs Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich are playing really well this season and are scoring goals for fun. Napoli are a good team, but in the league this season they have had 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss and have not score lots of goals. I can see Bayern Munich winning this one so I will lay the draw in this one.

Otelul Galati Vs Man United. Man United have not started their champions league campaign very well this time of asking as we have come to expect. I think tonight they would have liked to have rested players after two wins out of two. However, with only 2 points from six so far, they are starting with Rooney and Hernandez. Laying the draw is not an option from the start as it is too high. So I will lay under 2.5 goals in this one

Real Madrid Vs Lyon. Real Madrid should win this one, their home form is immense. However, laying the draw is not an option from the start, so I will give this one a miss.

If it is 0-0 in the Real Madrid and Man United matches at half-time, I might lay the draw

UPDATE:- Well I just about made a profit, but I took a bit of a risk. I made a nice profit on the Napoli Vs Bayern Munich match when Bayern Munich scored in the first 5 minutes. I hedged out for a nice 31.6% ROI. I then hedged out of laying under 2.5 goals when Villarreal scored in the 1st 5 minutes for a 42% ROI. Meanwhile in the Man United game it was not looking good for laying under 2.5 goals. However, at half time I laid the draw and hedged out when Rooney scored the penalty for a 41.2% ROI. However, any chance of winning on the 2.5 goal market went out the window when Vidic got sent off. I lost £13.32. I then took a risk and when it was 1-1 in the Man City Vs Villarreal and stayed in the lay the draw trade, I just had a feeling they would score. They left it late and I made 50% ROI. So overall for the night I made a profit of £7.61
