Fulham Vs Liverpool

Monday Night football sees Fulham at home to Liverpool.

Liverpool have been surprisingly better away from home this season. Fulham have drawn a lot of games, and got off to slow a start, getting 4 points from the first six matches of the season.

Both teams have played 13 matches so far this season. Fulham have only won 2, drawn 6 and lost 5. They have averaged 1.15gpg and conceded 1.23gpg. They have only kept 5 clean sheets and have scored in 8 matches. They have not won a match in the last 3 and have only won one in the last 6. Liverpool have won 6 matches, drawn 5 and lost 2. They have averaged 1.31 gpg and conceded 0.92 gpg. They have kept 4 clean sheets and have scored in 10 matches. Liverpool have won 1 of the last 3 and have only won 2 in the last 6. However, they have not lost a match in the last 8.

The current form over the last 6 matches shows Fulham averaging 0.83gpg and conceding 1.5gpg. Liverpool have been averaging 1.17gpg and conceding 0.67gpg. Both teams have only kept two clean sheets and Fulham have scored in 4 of the 6 matches, whilst Liverpool have scored in 5 of the last 6.

Looking at the home vs away form, Fulham have only won 1 home game, drawn 3 and lost 2. Liverpool have won 4, drawn 0 and lost 2.

The success Rate for this match is 29%. This equates to a 16% chance of a Fulham win, 27% draw and 57% chance for Liverpool. The total goals for the match comes out at 2.52.
There is a 9.4% chance of 0 goals.
There is a 29.4% chance of Fulham scoring first.
In Fulham's games so far this season at home they have only scored 1st once and conceded first 4 times. Liverpool away have scored first in 4 games and concede first in 2. Both teams when scoring first have gone on to win all their games.

Fulham have been averaging 1pt per game at home this season and Liverpool have averaged 2pts away from home.

Last season Liverpool started like a house on fire and Fulham could not cope. I don't think there will be as many goals this time, but I do think Liverpool will win, or certainly score first, looking at the stats. Also Fulham have played a lot of games so far this season with the Europa league games, will they have another Europa League hangover.

Liverpool are starting the game with Carroll, Suraez and Bellamy. Bellamy in particular has looked very good.

I am going to lay the draw in this one and maybe lay over 2.5 goals. Liverpool to win 1-0, or 1-1, with Fulham getting a late equaliser as they score most of their goals in the second half.

UPDATE:- Well I thought it would be a tight game. I laid over 2.5 goals for the first 15 minutes for 10% ROI. I also laid the draw, I was about to hedge out for my normal 3.5% bank loss, but when Liverpool got a man sent off, I decided to stay in, when Fulham scored, I hedged out for a 67% ROI.
