November Figures

Hi Folks,

Well as I mentioned in a previous post, November has not been a great month, I only made a total profit of £19.30. Here is the break down.

Football

1. Lay the Draw = -£13.91
2. Lay the Favourite = £5.73
3. Lay Under/Over 2.5 goals = -£89.37
4. Lay underdog = £9.32
5. Lay The Current Score = £40.27

Total Profit for Football = -£47.96

Tennis

1. Lay The Favourite = £54.33
2. Back The Favourite = £12.93

Total Profit for Tennis = £67.26

I have analysed my results in more detail and the main reason I did not make any money on Lay the draw this month is because of two trades. The Man United vs Benfica game the other week was one trade, when it was 2-1 to Man United I could have traded out for a £6 profit, but I thought they would win and got greedy, staying in, the score finished 2-2, I stayed in the trade right to the end as I was convinced Man United at home would have scored a winner, I lost about £42 on that trade, when I should have won about £6. I also did the same in the Liverpool Vs Man City game and lost £42. So greed and not obeying my stop loss, resulted in a negative swing of £79 pounds!!! Ouch.

I have also noted this month that I have done far too many trades were I laid under 2.5 goals, I need to be more selective when choosing games I think will have lots of goals. I suppose I still made a profit for the month, but I lost my discipline this month and need to get back on track for December.
