Europa League Games

Hi folks,

Here are the thoughts for tonights games I am looking at trading. I tend to trade in games that are on TV, although occasionally if the stats look good I may trade in a game not on TV.

Liverpool Vs Sparta Prague

• Suarez ineligible and Carroll not fit yet, Liverpool lack firepower up front. Gerrard is also set to be left out and not risked.
• Sparta Prague have met English sides in 15 games, winning just 3.
• Indeed, in their last 7 matches with English sides, they have managed a total of 1 goal.
• Sparta have lost just 1 of their 7 europa league games this season, although they have drawn 4 of their last 5.
• Liverpool are unbeaten in their 11 Europa league games this season, although the reds have drawn 5 of their last 6, with 4 of these draw ending goaless
• Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 7 games in all competitions.
• Europa League:- Liverpool (W2D4L0)
• Average goals scored 1.33
• Average goals conceded 0.50
• Home W2D1 Away D3
• Home:- 7 goals and conceded 2
• 2/3 of games over 2.5 goals (one 0-0)

Even though Liverpool have a lack of firepower through injuries and players who can't play, I still expect Liverpool to shade the game, maybe 1-0. So I will lay the draw. I might also lay over 2.5 goals, as with strikers and Gerrard missing it will be a low scorer

PSV Vs Lille

• This game is already 2-2 from the first leg.

• Average goals conceded 0.50
• Home W1D2 Scored 4 and conceded 1
• 2/3 games under 2.5 goals
• 0 games goal scored in the first 15 mins
• Europa League:- Lille W2D2L2

• Average goals conceded 1
• Away D2L1 Scored 3 and conceded 4
• 2/3 games under 2.5 goals
• 2/3 games goal scored in the first 15 mins.

PSV have a very good record at home, both in the Europa League and the Dutch League, Lille have to score. I think PSV will be ahead at some point in the game. So I will lay the draw and hedge out when PSV are ahead.
