Hi folks,
Well the football season has once again come to an end. It was an exciting final Sunday. I was hoping Blackpool could stay up, as I love the way they play. However, with the amount of mistakes they make at the back, it did not take a genius to figure out that Man Utd would come back from 2-1 down. Well played to Wigan and Wolves.
To be fair I have stayed away from the football for the last week or so, as some of the end of season games can be very hard to predict.
The French Open is taking place at the moment. However, I missed most of the games as I have to work during the day. I did get home in time tonight to trade one game, Baghdatis Vs Gil. I managed to make 10% ROI. I was hoping to make more but I missed the tight first set and just did some quick trading in the first games of the second set.
After that I continued with my training on the pre-race horse markets with some of tonights UK meetings. I managed to carry out 3 trades, all of which were successful. Each trade I managed a 25% ROI, so not bad. I will keep my training going over the summer and then might take the plunge with real money later on in the year.
Happy Trading.
Hi Gareth,
ReplyDelete25% roi is excellent. I have tried pre- race trading and to be honest i've struggled.Weight of money seems to have little relevance these days and the chunks of spoof money entering and exiting the market don't help either. Any pointers greatly appreciated buddy:-)
Hi Peter,
ReplyDeleteI agree, I have read a lot about this subject on the 'Racing Traders' forum. It would appear that WOM is not very useful anymore. I think in the good old days it was, but there are spoofs and all sorts now. At the moment I am using some tips that were posted on the 'Racing Traders' forum about following the graphs and looking for resistance and support points. Have a look on the 'Racing Traders' forum in the horse section
Thanks Gareth, will check it out.
