There are a couple of early kick-offs today in the premiership and the championship.
Man Utd Vs Crystal Palace
Man Utd are odds on for this match against newly promoted Crystal Palace. The stats are all pretty much in Man Utd's favour. The last 8H2H's show 6 Man Utd wins and 2 draws. The last 4 H2H'2 at Old Trafford show 4 Man Utd wins. However, there is no value in laying the draw, the odds are far too high.
There is also no real value in laying the 0-0 HT score and there is no value in backing over 2.5 goals, as the stats suggest 62.92% = 1.59
With this game I will have to hope that Crystal Palace take the lead or keep it 0-0 until HT, then I might get involved.
Burnley Vs Blackburn
The stats are mainly in Burnley's favour. However, the H2H's are a bit of a concerned.There has only been 5 matches this season. If we look at the home matches this season for Burnley and the home matches last season then that is 10/25 wins which is 40% (2.5) and we had 4/25 wins for Blackburn away from home which is 16% (6.25). The draws between have been 20/50, which is 40% (2.5). Looking at the last 6H2H's we have 2 draws (33.3%, 3.0) and if we look at 3H2H's H Vs A then we have 1 draw (33.3%, 3.0).
The odds on Betfair are 2.46 Burnley, 3.3 draw and 3.55 Blackburn.
So no value in LTD, but there is some value in laying Blackburn. However, the H2H's don't really convince me.
The over and under market might have some value. Looking at last seasons results we have overs at 2.56 and unders at 1.64. Looking at last seasons home vs away results we have overs at 2.88 and unders at 1.54. Even looking at the H2H's we have unders at 1.49.
So the only option I can see in this match is to back unders.
