Champions League Football

Well another good productive night tonight. I did not have chance to post any stats tonight as I got in from work late. I only had about 30 minutes to have a look at the stats. I always find that with all the choices of matches on Sky on champions league nights, it is hard to pick games and in the past I have ended up trying to trade several games at once and end up losing.

So tonight I tried to be ruthless, I wanted to lay the draw in the Man United game, but the odds were 7.3, far too high for me. However, I decided to lay under 2.5 goals in the match before the kick-off as Man United tend to score early goals at home and go for the kill early on. I got a good slice of luck in this market, as I was about to trade out when Man United made it 1-0, but before I could they scored to make it 2-0, so I hedged out for about a 70% ROI.

The only other game I traded was the Bayern Munich Vs Man City match. Everybody was rating Man Cities chances, but the way Bayern Munich have started the season and their home form in the champions league I could only see one result. I laid the draw in this one, and when Bayern Munich scored I hedged out for a 15.5% ROI. I also laid over 2.5 goals for the first 20 minutes of the match, as both teams tend not to concede early on. I managed to hedge out for a 61% ROI.

Then late in the second half when madness occurred in the Man United Vs Basel match and Basel had come back from 2-0 down to lead 2-3 I laid the current score as Man United scoring a late goal in the 95th minute is a banker.

So overall a good productive evening and my bank stands over £300 now.

Happy Trading
