There is no value whatever in the German Cup; which pits giants Bayern against Kaiserslautern. The LTD odds start at 15. I think even if Kaiserslautern lead 4-0, the odds would still not be low enough. There is also no value in laying the HT 0-0, so I will give this match swerve.
There is also no value in the Premiership encounter with Man City and Sunderland. The LTD odds start at 11, which is far too high. There is value in laying Man City as I have their odds at 1.25-1.41. They are currently at 1.15. However, I just can't see Sunderland getting anything from this match. Looking at the lay of the HT 0-0. The odds should be around 6.0 and indeed they are 5.8, so no value there. So I will give this match a swerve as well.
The Everton match looks a bit more promising so let's have a look at that.
